At Idiolnupo, we offer a luxurious, personalized journey from consultation to creation. Each step is meticulously crafted to ensure your vision becomes a timeless masterpiece, reflecting our dedication to excellence and precision.

CONSULTATION PROCESS

1. Initial Inquiry:

Begin your journey with us by reaching out through our website or contact form to schedule an exclusive consultation.

2. Consultation Fee:

A premium non-refundable consultation fee of $100 USD is required. This investment in your bespoke experience ensures personalized service and is separate from the final purchase.

3. Personal Consultation:

    • In-Person: Experience the luxury of a face-to-face meeting where we delve into your vision and preferences, and take precise measurements.
    • Virtual: Connect with us via a sophisticated video call to discuss your aspirations and requirements, with detailed measurement guides provided for accuracy.

This consultation usually lasts one hour. However, should you require more than one hour, we strongly advise you to inform your relationship manager (which we will provide) before the consultation slot is allotted to you. Please note that extensions beyond one hour will be billed accordingly.

    • Reschedule: Should you wish to reschedule, we require a minimum of 36 hours notice period which will enable us to guarantee another slot immediately.

4. Design Brief:

Immerse yourself in the creative process as we share initial design ideas and explore potential fabric types. Within 72 hours, you’ll receive an exquisite sketch and design proposal tailored to your desires, inspired our conversation during the consultation. Please note that designs will only be reviewed two times, per consultation fee.

5. Finalization:

    • At this stage, it is assumed that you have reviewed and approved the details of the proposed design and no further changes are required.
    • Approve your bespoke design, and we’ll send a refined invoice and final contract. Upon receipt of payment, we will embark on the next stage of your couture journey.

PRODUCTION PROCESS

Our standard timeline for delivering your bespoke garment is 8-12 weeks from the date of payment.

For expedited services requiring delivery in less than this period, an express fee of 30% of the total cost will apply. The exact timeline and detailed schedule of the production process will be outlined in your Production Timeline Contract, which ensures transparency and aligns with the scope of work required.

Receive a meticulously crafted production timeline document that outlines every step of your garment’s journey, from department processing to fittings and final delivery.

2. Fabric Sourcing, Customization and selection:

We provide an exclusive selection of fabrics and options for customization, ensuring each piece is uniquely tailored to your preferences. Customization, including sourcing unique fabrics or bespoke details, typically takes 6-18 weeks. This allows us to ensure every element meets our high standards and your exact specifications.

3. Measurement & Fabric Details:

    • In-Person Consultation: Measurements are taken during your in-person visit.
    • Virtual Consultation: Use provided guides for accurate measurements. Finalize fabric details post-payment.

4. Garment Construction:

Our skilled artisans craft your garment with meticulous attention to detail, adhering to the highest standards of luxury and craftsmanship.

5. Fittings:

    • Base Fit: An initial fitting where we assess the foundational fit of your garment.
    • Process Fit (Optional): A second fitting to refine details and ensure everything aligns perfectly, if needed.
    • Final Fitting: Confirm the final fit and adjustments to ensure your garment is tailored to perfection.

6. Completion & Delivery:

Approve your masterpiece and choose your preferred delivery method—whether in person or shipped to your location
