What payment methods do you accept?

Due to the bespoke nature of our garments, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges. We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction through our consultation and fitting process.

We include alterations as part of our fitting process to ensure the perfect fit. Significant changes to design before or after completion may incur additional costs and are subject to availability.

We ship worldwide using DHL. Delivery typically takes a minimum of 3-5 days, depending on your location. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs. In-person pickup is available at our studio.

Yes, you are welcome to bring up to 3 friends or family members to your fittings however a maximum of one person for your fittings.

If you wish to involve a stylist or third party, they must be involved from the beginning of the process. We do not accommodate the addition of stylists or third parties mid-journey.

No, we operate strictly by appointment only. This ensures that we dedicate focused time to each client and maintain the exclusivity of our process. Please schedule an appointment in advance for any fittings or dress viewings.

No we don’t. We prefer to source our own fabric as it’s already a part of our prices.
